If you are considering buying or selling a property in El Paso, you will need to research, compare and consider numerous factors when the time comes to take action. The city consists of six basic residential communities: Central; East; Mission Valley; Northwest; Northeast; and, West. For those considering living outside of the city, you will find real estate opportunities similar to Scarborough or Mississauga homes listed outside of Toronto. As with most cities its size, El Paso has a large and growing suuburban area outside of the metropolitan area. Found on the eastern and western sides of the city, you will find listings there similar to Toronto's Markham, Ajax or Oakville real estate. Agents will be able to show you some of the new and exciting communities being developed in areas like Fabens, Clint, Anthony, Horizon City, Montana Vista or Canutillo.

You will find lots of historic charm in areas like the Upper Valley, Loretto Place, Sambrano or Segundo Barrio. Listings there of older homes and estates start at about $200,000, similar to Cobourg or Port Credit real estate outside of Toronto. Many offer easy access to the city while you can enjoy all of the benefits of living in a smaller town.
